Welcome to Scribes' Circle!

By proceeding with your purchase and participation in our unique writing program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and obligations as part of the Scribes' Circle community.



1. Subscription and Payment:

  • Subscription Options:
  • Quarterly Subscription: A recurring charge of $65 per month through Stripe. This subscription grants you access to an 8-week guided writing group session and includes all necessary materials and support.
  • One-Time Purchase: For $175, you can access a single 8-week session of the writing group, receiving a curated box of writing materials and guidance for that period.
  • Payment Processing: All payments will be securely processed via Stripe. No payment information will be shared with other customers, Scribes' Circle ambassadors, or third parties.

2. Group Participation and Timeline:

  • Each writing group cycle spans 8 weeks. Once the group begins, it is closed to new members for that quarter. Registrations received after the start will be applied to the next available group.

3. Anthology Submission and Featured Author Option:

  • Anthology Submission: At the end of the 8-week session, you have the option to submit your story for inclusion in a Scribes' Circle anthology.
  • Featured Author: For an additional fee of $175, your story can be prominently placed at the beginning of the anthology with a custom cover design.
  • Solo Book Creation: After participating in six (6) Scribes’ Circle anthologies, you may opt to create your own solo book for a fee of $250. This covers compilation, editing, formatting, cover design, and self-publishing assistance.

4. Rights and Permissions:

  • You retain copyright over your individual work and grant Scribes' Circle and its members the permission to use your work in the Scribes' Circle anthology.
  • Scribes' Circle reserves the right to exclude any submission at our discretion. Late submissions may be held for future publications.
  • All work submitted will be edited by Scribes' Circle and may not be returned for review prior to publishing.

5. Additional Permissions:

  • While you maintain copyright over your own work and may use it independently, you cannot use combinations of work from other contributors outside of Scribes' Circle publications.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • Your privacy is of utmost importance. We assure that your personal information will be handled with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

7. Contact, Cancellation, and Pricing Policies:

  • Contact Information: If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at scribescircle@trustatementpublications.com. We are here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with Scribes' Circle.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription or participation at any time. However, to process your cancellation smoothly, we require a 30-day advance notification. Please send your cancellation request to the provided email address within the stipulated time frame.
  • Failure to Complete Payment: If you fail to complete your payment as agreed, you will lose access to the Scribes' Circle platform and will be removed from all community groups. It is crucial to maintain up-to-date payments to enjoy uninterrupted service and community benefits.
  • Pricing and Refunds: The price stated for participating in this group is an introductory offer and is subject to change. Please note that we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. We encourage you to consider your commitment carefully before proceeding with registration and payment.
