Yes, you can cancel your membership by notifying us at least 15 days before the next Scribe Box shipment and writing group cycle. Please note, continuing payment is necessary to maintain access to the group and ensure your place in the anthology. Once received, Scribe Boxes are non-refundable.

The quarterly membership fee covers your Scribe Box and participation in the writing group and anthology. Optional add-on services are available for those seeking additional features. Our writing groups run in 8-week cycles, with each week bringing new guidance to help you craft your anthology contribution. Course materials are released weekly.

While we encourage keeping pace with the group, active members can access the sessions and write at their own pace. However, we cannot guarantee inclusion in the current anthology for late submissions, which may be held for the next edition. If you miss a live session, a recorded replay will be made available in your course access.

Absolutely. Scribes’ Circle is tailored to support writers at any level in completing their story and contributing a chapter to the anthology. It is designed to accommodate those who are putting pen to paper for the first time and those who are ready writers at all times.

Submission of your chapter for the anthology is optional. You're welcome to participate in the writing process without contributing to the publication.

Yes, all authors retain copyright of their individual works and are free to use them as they wish for future publications.

Our goal is to publish the anthology quarterly, within 6 months from the start of each writing group.
